Its
understood that St George Illawarra has signed back rower Henry Perenara
(pictured) to a two year contract.
Perenara,
a New Zealand international has had mixed fortunes with the Melbourne Storm
and is apparently keen to shift northwards.
The
signing of Perenara will be a welcomed addition to St George who in recent
times have lost Wayne Bartrim and Darren Treacy as well as Justin Smith
and Jason Hooper this year.
The
announcement of Perenara's signing as well at least two other Dragons'
signings is expected as early as next week.
