The St George Illawarra
Dragons have won both the lower grade preliminary
finals today to advance to next Sunday's curtain
raisers to the NRL Grand Final.
Minor premiers in
Jersey Flegg, The Dragons ran out easy winners over
defending premiers, the Canterbury Bulldogs 38-12
and will take on the Sydney Roosters in the Grand
Final
Defending premiers
in First Division, the Dragons narrowly defeated
Parramatta 28-22. They now face minor premiers,
the Canterbury Bulldogs.
Both games will be
played before the NRL Grand Final next Sunday at
Telstra Stadium.
