From the official site... SEASON 2002 FULL TIME TRAINING SQUAD The Dragons has announced it's full time training squad for the 2002 season.

Dec: Saints have signed ex-Magpie's second rower, Shane Millard.
This completes the Dragon's player roster for 2002. Millard debuted for
the Roosters in 1996 but joined the Western Suburbs Magpies in 1997. He
was shown the door by Wests at the completion of season 1997.
