Australian National Rugby League Football Competition BEN JEFFRIES half back
17 May 2001: In a shock move, Ben Jeffries has left the Dragons mid season and will be playing for Wests 1st Division on Sunday against Newtown. Jeffries was signed at the end of 1999 from Newcastle Jersey Flegg and has since had limited opportunity in the Saints' top grade. Wests Tigers are looking for a replacement for half back, Craig Field who is currently under a lengthy suspension following his positive drug test earlier this year. from SOTV news |
